I had purchased this product on January 4th 2018 delivered on time product is very good should see how it works will review after few months down the lane. Installation was done promptly they’re was leakage in booster filter but the technician had Teflon taped it then leakage was stopped. There was another form received along with the product to provide 5 star with positive comments to avail a free filter worth ?190 it was good sales pitch but am not falling for it please provide us with the best services so that we would definitely provide positive reviews for others to buy. Overall product is good any one can buy it. Before checking the reviews please check if the reviewers are VERIFIED PURCHASER or not.

Installation done on 22 may 2018I have to literally keeping reminding them for installation which happened after a week.The installer charges Rs.500 just for fixing exclusive of materials involved.The product I received had a defective float for which the installer charged Rs.350Your ad claims Rs.350 for installation and what about the defective float for which I have paid Rs.350 extra.Don't you have a quality check before shipping.Feeling unhappy about the decision to choose your product

I bought this item and found its defective. Paid 400 for installation, after two visits of technician Alos problem doesn't solved. Returned the product and got new one after waiting for 5 days after the product delivery, installation was not done. Customer service is very worst. Not recommended

Good product. Functioning is superb. Compare to all leading brands like kent, livpure...Samta is very economical and same functioning.But main problem is installation. Samta providers are not responding. That is not correct.Overall product is very very good. Preferable for new customers.

I am writing after 1yr use,1. Uv lamp cut after 3 month, contact seller about warranty, they are not agreed to replace the lamp, got new one myself, again cut after 1 month, bought new philips adapter and new lamp, now ok. Waste about 1000 rs.2. Water level cut of switch damaged after 4 months.3. Solenoid valve damaged after 3 months.4. Quality not upto mark.5. Tap connector rusted within 5 months.If you want to buy this go for 5k product.If not then branded product preferable.

The installation arrangement by third party is quite expensive. The installation technician are not well versed with this make of RO. also there is rattling sound on running of RO as well as TAP is leaking. in a sense of service network the overall performance is not satisfactory.Poor after sales service. won't recommend anybody to go for this.
